Fat: 30.47g | Prot: 109.92g | Carb: 209.47g.   Breakfast:  almonds, boar's head deli ham, Coffee (with Non-dairy creamer and sugar), Total Lean Shake 25 - Rich Chocolate. Lunch:  Pro Performance 100% Egg Protein Vanilla Ice Cream. Dinner:  cream corn, green beans, green juice, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, squash, wish-bone light. Snacks/Other:  Bananas.
