Fat: 91.45g | Prot: 69.04g | Carb: 168.68g.   Breakfast:  Cream (Half & Half) , Coffee, butter, 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Olive Garden salad, Olive Garden Pasta Fagioli soup, Olive Garden bread stick, Olive Garden Chicken & Gnocchi soup. Dinner:  ground beef, mixed green salad, cheddar cheese, salsa, Cabernet Sauvignon. Snacks/Other:  coke, avocado, Starbucks Vanilla latte, water.
