Fat: 91.45g | Prot: 69.04g | Carb: 168.68g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, butter, Coffee, Cream (Half & Half) . Lunch:  Olive Garden bread stick, Olive Garden Chicken & Gnocchi soup, Olive Garden Pasta Fagioli soup, Olive Garden salad. Dinner:  Cabernet Sauvignon, cheddar cheese, ground beef, mixed green salad, salsa. Snacks/Other:  avocado, coke, Starbucks Vanilla latte, water.
