Fat: 71.89g | Prot: 86.05g | Carb: 20.69g.   Breakfast:  bacon, coffee, egg, fiberfit, heavy cream, spam (hormel). Lunch:  chicken thigh, mustard sour cream sauce, pork loin chop. Dinner:  artichoke, best foods mayo, leg of lamb. Snacks/Other:  beef, sunflower seeds.
