Fat: 60.84g | Prot: 75.13g | Carb: 19.14g.   Breakfast:  coffee, egg, fiberfit, heavy cream, swiss cheese. Lunch:  roast pork. Dinner:  chicken thigh, mustard sour cream sauce. Snacks/Other:  best foods mayo, butter, ketchup (hainz), mushroom, scallops.
