Fat: 77.50g | Prot: 106.56g | Carb: 403.37g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, Creamy Peanut Butter, Ensure Plus - Homemade Vanilla, Honey. Lunch:  Peanut Butter, Whole Wheat Bagel. Dinner:  Chicken Breast, Vegetable Soup (Home Recipe). Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Cookies N' Creme Protein Powder, Craisins, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Honey, Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Pineapple, Pumpernickel Pretzels, Roasted, Salted & Shelled Pistachios (Wonderful).
