Fat: 52.76g | Prot: 44.11g | Carb: 218.14g.   Breakfast:  dunkin donuts flatbread, Oats & Chocolate bar. Lunch:  panera baguette, panera chicken noodle soup, panera spinach power salad. Dinner:  cabbage salad chickpea, cucumber tomato salad, Cucumber Tomato Side Salad, four bean salad. Snacks/Other:  Chai Latte, fiber one brownie, nature made fish oil.
