Fat: 52.76g | Prot: 44.11g | Carb: 218.14g.   Breakfast:  Oats & Chocolate bar, dunkin donuts flatbread. Lunch:  panera spinach power salad, panera chicken noodle soup, panera baguette. Dinner:  cabbage salad chickpea, Cucumber Tomato Side Salad, cucumber tomato salad, four bean salad. Snacks/Other:  nature made fish oil, Chai Latte, fiber one brownie.
