Fat: 31.17g | Prot: 231.95g | Carb: 177.42g.   Breakfast:  smart balance butter, eggland's best large egg, egg white , toufayan whole wheat pita bread, jones dairy canadian bacon. Lunch:  boneless skinless chicken, sliced turkey breast, spinach wrap. Dinner:  success brown rice, tilapia treasures of the sea. Snacks/Other:  EAS myoplex lite, pure protein bar, bodytech pro 24, wasa multigrain crackers, jacks salsa, arnold whole wheat bread.
