Fat: 58.02g | Prot: 82.31g | Carb: 277.46g.   Breakfast:  brown sugar, maple brown sugar oatmeal, welch's grape juice. Lunch:  Ciabatta, dill spears, mayo, tuna fish. Dinner:  au gratin potatoes, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), spinach, vinegar. Snacks/Other:  butter, Cocktail Peanuts, multi vitamin, Pineapple Chunks in Heavy Syrup, Plain Bagels (Small), pretzel rods, turkey deli meat.
