Fat: 31.11g | Prot: 103.70g | Carb: 188.52g.   Breakfast:  Savory oat And egg breakfast, Dried Chia Seeds, Sugar Free French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, Water. Lunch:  Mixed Salad Greens, Cherry Tomatoes, Beets (Drained Solids, Canned), Cucumber (with Peel), Chickpeas, Roasted Peppers, Kidney Beans (Canned), Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Corn, Pumpernickel Roll. Dinner:  Southwestern Style Egg Whites, Velveeta Cheese Slices, Mushroom Pieces and Stems, Turkey Polska Kielbasa, Layered Granola Bar - Dark Chocolate Coconut. Snacks/Other:  Duane read gummy bears, Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Strawberries, Pure Unsweetened Almond Milk, Natural Unsweetened Cocoa.
