Fat: 31.11g | Prot: 103.70g | Carb: 188.52g.   Breakfast:  Dried Chia Seeds, Savory oat And egg breakfast, Sugar Free French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, Water. Lunch:  Beets (Drained Solids, Canned), Cherry Tomatoes, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Chickpeas, Corn, Cucumber (with Peel), Kidney Beans (Canned), Mixed Salad Greens, Pumpernickel Roll, Roasted Peppers. Dinner:  Layered Granola Bar - Dark Chocolate Coconut, Mushroom Pieces and Stems, Southwestern Style Egg Whites, Turkey Polska Kielbasa, Velveeta Cheese Slices. Snacks/Other:  Duane read gummy bears, Natural Unsweetened Cocoa, Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Pure Unsweetened Almond Milk, Strawberries.
