Fat: 23.05g | Prot: 32.36g | Carb: 185.78g.   Breakfast:  egg, sour dough bread. Lunch:  blueberries, blueberries, strawberries, trader joes nonfat vanilla yogurt. Dinner:  Japanese Style Fried Rice, salad, trader joes vegetable masala burger. Snacks/Other:  Svelte Ice Cream Sandwiches.
