Fat: 35.57g | Prot: 37.55g | Carb: 147.94g.   Breakfast:  almond , Natural Toasted Muesli, Whole Milk. Lunch:  Avocado Hand Roll (Nori Roll). Dinner:  Cruskits - Light 98% fat free, hard boiled egg, Horlicks Light, spinach , tomato. Snacks/Other:  Berry Bliss Jellies, lindt white chocolate.
