Fat: 39.01g | Prot: 59.52g | Carb: 229.15g.   Breakfast:  Steel Cut Oats, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Apple Cider Flavored Drink (made From Powdered Mix, with Sugar and Vitamin C Added), Gala Apples. Lunch:  Egg Noodles (Enriched, Cooked), Ham (Whole, Cured, Roasted), Fuji Apples. Dinner:  Smooth Peanut Butter (Reduced Fat), Boiled Egg, Chunky Split Pea with Ham Soup (Canned). Snacks/Other:  Raw Medium Cashews, Smooth Peanut Butter (Reduced Fat), Raisins.
