Lunch:  StarKist Foods Solid Light Tuna in Olive Oil, Heinz Mayonnaise Packet, Wholly Guacamole 100 Calorie Snack Pack, Publix Red Bell Pepper. Dinner:  Chicken Skin, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Advantage Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar, Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added), Kroger Kosher Dill Pickle Spears.
