Fat: 58.72g | Prot: 76.80g | Carb: 89.45g.   Breakfast:  whole wheat bread, cheese, egg, cottage cheese, whole grain crackers. Lunch:  cheese spread, whole grain crackers, walnuts. Dinner:  halibut, butternut squash, cauliflower. Snacks/Other:  sugar free pudding.
