Lunch:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Cooked Cassava (Yuca Blanca), White Rice, Sea Bass, Carp (Fish). Dinner:  Multigrain Bread, Mayonnaise, Chicken or Turkey Salad. Snacks/Other:  Dark Chocolate Intense Dark 72%, Blackberries, Strawberries, Whole Wheat Bread.
