Fat: 64.95g | Prot: 53.84g | Carb: 199.93g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Milk and Sugar, Mexican Style Noodle Soup Sopa De Fideo Aguada. Lunch:  Diet Dr. Pepper (20 oz), Filet-O-Fish, French Fries (Medium). Dinner:  Shrimp and Vegetables in Soy-Based Sauce (Including Carrots, Broccoli, and/or Dark-Green Leafy, No Potatoes, Mixture), Steamed Rice. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Almond Bar, Iced Oatmeal Cookies, Twix.
