Fat: 131.42g | Prot: 87.69g | Carb: 33.30g.   Breakfast:  Egg Omelet, hy top, All-Natural Regular Pork Sausage, Coffee, Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup, Heavy Whipping Cream Ultra Pasteurized (Great Value). Lunch:  Beef Merlot, Lettuce, Soft Boiled Egg, Roka Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip. Dinner:  Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo. Snacks/Other:  Endulge Peanut Butter Cups.
