Fat: 81.63g | Prot: 106.66g | Carb: 137.01g.   Breakfast:  Country Style Pork Sausage, French Toast Waffle. Lunch:  Light Fat Free Boston Cream Pie Yogurt, Premier Protein shake, Zone Protein bar. Dinner:  Sargento Extra Thin Provolone, Subway Spicy Italian 6" sub. Snacks/Other:  Swiss Cheese.
