Fat: 56.44g | Prot: 90.13g | Carb: 197.49g.   Breakfast:  Nonfat Blueberry Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  Baked! Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips, Peach, Organic Original O's Creme Filled Chocolate Cookies, Homemade White Bread, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat. Dinner:  Cooked Carrots, Asparagus , Cooked Summer Squash, Feta Cheese, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, pork chop. Snacks/Other:  Peach, Coconut Almond Bars with Pepitas, Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream, Beer.
