Fat: 49.32g | Prot: 87.32g | Carb: 226.61g.   Breakfast:  Nonfat Blueberry Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Homemade White Bread, Organic Original O's Creme Filled Chocolate Cookies, Peach, Baked! Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips. Dinner:  Yellow Sweet Corn (Kernels On Cob, Without Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled) , Feta Cheese, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Brussels Sprouts, Frieda's Baby Bok Choy, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked) , Atlantic Salmon (Farmed) . Snacks/Other:  Coconut Almond Bars with Pepitas, Peach, Beer, Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream.
