Fat: 56.58g | Prot: 90.80g | Carb: 217.18g.   Breakfast:  Red Mill Rolled Oats, Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  Ruffles Baked Cheddar and Sour Cream, Homemade White Bread, Peach, Newman's Own Organic Original O's Creme Filled Chocolate Cookies, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat. Dinner:  Pork Chop, Cooked Carrots, Asparagus , Zucchini , President Feta Cheese, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, fresh gourment premium croutons, Beer. Snacks/Other:  Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream, Coconut Almond Bars with Pepitas, Fuji Apples.
