Cheddar & Sour Cream Potato Crisps, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Oranges , Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat. Dinner:  premium croutons, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Butternut Winter Squash, Artichoke Hummus, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Italian Salad Dressing (Fat Free) , Beer. Snacks/Other:  Kirkland muffin.
