Cheddar & Sour Cream Potato Crisps, California Avocados, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Oranges , Sliced Smoked Gouda. Dinner:  Artichoke Hummus, Beer, Butternut Winter Squash, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Italian Salad Dressing (Fat Free) , Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, premium croutons. Snacks/Other:  Kirkland muffin.
