Fat: 51.27g | Prot: 83.83g | Carb: 198.61g.   Breakfast:  Bacon, Egg White. Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Baked Cheddar and Sour Cream, Chips Ahoy! Chocolate Chip Reduced Fat Cookies, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Oranges. Dinner:  Beer, Italian Salad Dressing (Fat Free) , Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Pepperoni Flatbread Pizza.
