Fat: 51.27g | Prot: 83.83g | Carb: 198.61g.   Breakfast:  Egg White, Bacon. Lunch:  Chips Ahoy! Chocolate Chip Reduced Fat Cookies, Oranges, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Baked Cheddar and Sour Cream. Dinner:  Pepperoni Flatbread Pizza, Italian Salad Dressing (Fat Free) , Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Beer.
