Lunch:  Avocados, Brown Rice, Foster Farms Lean Ground Turkey, Great Value Fancy Low-moisture Part-skim Mozzarella Cheese Shredded, Kroger Bread Crumbs Plain, Mission Foods White Corn Tortilla, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Flatbread Multigrain with Flax, Head Cheese, Kosher Dill Pickle Spears, Lettuce, Mayo with Olive Oil, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Spinach, Tomatoes.
