Fat: 49.07g | Prot: 104.88g | Carb: 101.59g.   Breakfast:  100% Liquid Egg Whites, Spinach, Sun-Dried Tomatoes (In Oil, Drained), Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Athenos Natural Crumbled Feta Cheese, Carrots, Giorgio Baby Bella Mushrooms, Great Value Chicken Drumsticks, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Wish-Bone Fat Free Italian Dressing. Dinner:  Dijon Mustard, Flatbread Multi-Grain, Lettuce, Mayo with Olive Oil, Tomatoes, Tostada Shell, Tuna in Water (Canned), Yellow Sweet Corn (Whole Kernel, Drained Solids, Canned). Snacks/Other:  Mixed Nuts, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges).
