Fat: 49.07g | Prot: 104.88g | Carb: 101.59g.   Breakfast:  Whole Wheat Bread, 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Spinach, Sun-Dried Tomatoes (In Oil, Drained). Lunch:  Great Value Chicken Drumsticks, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Carrots, Giorgio Baby Bella Mushrooms, Athenos Natural Crumbled Feta Cheese, Wish-Bone Fat Free Italian Dressing. Dinner:  Tuna in Water (Canned), Tomatoes, Lettuce, Yellow Sweet Corn (Whole Kernel, Drained Solids, Canned), Mayo with Olive Oil, Dijon Mustard, Tostada Shell, Flatbread Multi-Grain. Snacks/Other:  Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges), Mixed Nuts.
