Fat: 44.27g | Prot: 134.23g | Carb: 147.77g.   Breakfast:  Dijon Mustard, Egg Beaters 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Great Value Fat Free Turkey Breast, Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil, Spinach, Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Asparagus, Beef Knuckle (Tip Side, Steak, Trimmed to 0" Fat), Cooked Pinto, Calico or Red Beans (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Mozzarella (Part Skim Milk, Low Moisture). Dinner:  Chatham Village Garlic & Butter Flavored Croutons, Chicken Breast, Cumin, Evaporated Milk (Nonfat), Marcum Chicken Bouillon Cube, Maseca Maseca, Mozzarella Cheese (Part Skim Milk), Olive Oil, Onions, Publix Green Bell Pepper. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Cuties Clementines.
