Fat: 44.27g | Prot: 134.23g | Carb: 147.77g.   Breakfast:  Whole Wheat Bread, Great Value Fat Free Turkey Breast, Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil, Dijon Mustard, Spinach, Egg Beaters 100% Liquid Egg Whites. Lunch:  Beef Knuckle (Tip Side, Steak, Trimmed to 0" Fat), Asparagus, Mozzarella (Part Skim Milk, Low Moisture), Cooked Pinto, Calico or Red Beans (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Dinner:  Chicken Breast, Evaporated Milk (Nonfat), Cumin, Olive Oil, Onions, Chatham Village Garlic & Butter Flavored Croutons, Marcum Chicken Bouillon Cube, Publix Green Bell Pepper, Maseca Maseca, Mozzarella Cheese (Part Skim Milk). Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Cuties Clementines.
