Lunch:  Asparagus, Beef Bottom Sirloin (Tri-Tip Roast, Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Select Grade), White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Dinner:  Beef Bottom Sirloin (Tri-Tip Roast, Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Select Grade), Dijon Mustard, Fancy Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese Shredded, Lettuce, Mayo with Olive Oil, Spinach, Whole Wheat Bread. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Clementines, General Mills Honey Nut with Whole Grain Cheerios, Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original.
