Fat: 58.35g | Prot: 127.50g | Carb: 125.49g.   Breakfast:  Bran Cereal, Honey Nut with Whole Grain Cheerios, Lettuce, Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original. Lunch:  Carrots, Chicken Breast, Creamy Caesar Dressing, Spinach, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Celery, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil, Mission Tostada Shell, Onions, Tomatoes, White Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned). Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Guayaki Yerba Mate Unsweetened Mate.
