Fat: 86.35g | Prot: 78.43g | Carb: 207.12g.   Breakfast:  everything bagel thomas', low salt v8, mango, Neufchatel Cheese, strawberries, Tavern Style Deli Ham. Lunch:  Chicken Pad Thai, red curry beef, spring rolls, sticky rice, sweet chilli sauce. Dinner:  7 up, movie popcorn, pizza toppings only. Snacks/Other:  magnum ice cream.
