Fat: 89.97g | Prot: 56.11g | Carb: 236.50g.   Breakfast:  Advantage Caramel Double Chocolate Crunch Bar, atkins coconut bar, black beans, cheese shredded, corn, hidden valley ranch, lettuce, tomato. Lunch:  cheetos. Dinner:  ground beef, Old World Style Flavored with Meat Pasta Sauce, spaghetti. Snacks/Other:  chocolate pop tart, italian ice.
