Fat: 89.97g | Prot: 56.11g | Carb: 236.50g.   Breakfast:  atkins coconut bar, Advantage Caramel Double Chocolate Crunch Bar, lettuce, cheese shredded, corn, black beans, tomato, hidden valley ranch. Lunch:  cheetos. Dinner:  Old World Style Flavored with Meat Pasta Sauce, ground beef, spaghetti. Snacks/Other:  italian ice, chocolate pop tart.
