Fat: 32.69g | Prot: 52.74g | Carb: 115.02g.   Breakfast: blueberry, grape nuts, milk, milk, oscar meyer turkey bACON, strawberry. Lunch: baby carrots, chicken breast, crackers, lettuce, tomatoes, Trader Joe Champagne Pear Vingiette. Dinner:  squash, Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, chicken, peas, vegetables, Yellow Summer Squash, Yukon potato. Snacks/Other: almonds, M&M candy-peanut, rice crackers.
