Lunch:  Pasta with Beef, Raspberries, Water (Bottled) . Dinner:  90 Calorie Brownies - Chocolate Fudge Brownie, Apple Juice, Cranberry Juice, Diced Ham, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg, LiveSmart Roasted Peppers and Onions, Simply Orange with Mango (Pulp Free). Snacks/Other:  Acorn Winter Squash (with Salt, Mashed, Cooked, Boiled), Bananas, Fiber Plus Antioxidants Chewy Bars - Chocolate Chip.
