Fat: 94.53g | Prot: 151.28g | Carb: 220.73g.   Breakfast:  Cheese, Coffee, Turkey Breast Meat, Scrambled Egg, Baked or Broiled Crab. Lunch:  Lemon Juice, White Rice, Brown Beans, Chicken. Dinner:  Farofa Pronta, Coke, Cocktail Party Caipirinha.
