Fat: 61.81g | Prot: 93.96g | Carb: 110.16g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Whole Milk. Lunch:  Vegetable Tempura, TGI Friday's Buffalo Wings, Ranch Salad Dressing. Dinner:  Corazonas Tortilla Chips - Squeeze of Lime, Pace Pico De Gallo, Publix Carrot Sticks, Trader Joe's Whole Wheat Pizza Crust, Chicken Breast, Nonfat or Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese, Kraft Natural Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Oatmeal Cookie with Chocolate Chips.
