Fat: 61.81g | Prot: 93.96g | Carb: 110.16g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Whole Milk. Lunch:  Ranch Salad Dressing, TGI Friday's Buffalo Wings, Vegetable Tempura. Dinner:  Chicken Breast, Corazonas Tortilla Chips - Squeeze of Lime, Kraft Natural Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, Nonfat or Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese, Pace Pico De Gallo, Publix Carrot Sticks, Trader Joe's Whole Wheat Pizza Crust. Snacks/Other:  Oatmeal Cookie with Chocolate Chips.
