Dinner:  Tuna in Water (Canned), Whole Wheat Bread, 2% Milk American Cheese Singles, Pretzel Chips, Real Mayonnaise with Omega 3. Snacks/Other:  Oatmeal, Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Low Fat Milk, Protein Powder (100% Whey Protein).
