Fat: 49.36g | Prot: 29.60g | Carb: 198.35g.   Breakfast:  coffee, tea, tea, tea, tea. Lunch:  coffee. Dinner:  acorn, budweiser can beer, Cooked Pinto, Calico or Red Beans (Fat Not Added in Cooking), sesame oil. Snacks/Other:  tea, Chocolate Covered Ice Cream Bar or Stick, cake, frosting, watermelon, cantaloupe, honey dew melon, grapes, pineapple, cherry tomato, cauliflower, broccoli, snow peas.
