Fat: 49.36g | Prot: 29.60g | Carb: 198.35g.   Breakfast: coffee, tea, tea, tea, tea. Lunch: coffee. Dinner: acorn, budweiser can beer, Cooked Pinto, Calico or Red Beans (Fat Not Added in Cooking), sesame oil. Snacks/Other: broccoli, cake, cantaloupe, cauliflower, cherry tomato, Chocolate Covered Ice Cream Bar or Stick, frosting, grapes, honey dew melon, pineapple, snow peas, tea, watermelon.
