Fat: 105.43g | Prot: 85.21g | Carb: 244.91g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Butter, Egg, Egg White, LaBrea Bakery Country White Sourdough Extra Large Loaf, morning coffee, Oscar Mayer Lower Sodium Turkey Bacon with Sea Salt, Sargento 2% milk reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese, Smucker's Orchard's Finest Northwest Triple Berry Preserves. Lunch:  Starbucks Cranberry Orange Scone, Starbucks Iced Caffe Americano (Venti). Dinner:  Beef Tenderloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Goat Cheese, Pineapple. Snacks/Other:  Apple Pie, Ice Cream, Margarita, Martini.
