Fat: 105.43g | Prot: 85.21g | Carb: 244.91g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Butter, Smucker's Orchard's Finest Northwest Triple Berry Preserves, Egg White, Sargento 2% milk reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese, morning coffee, Oscar Mayer Lower Sodium Turkey Bacon with Sea Salt, Bananas, LaBrea Bakery Country White Sourdough Extra Large Loaf. Lunch:  Starbucks Iced Caffe Americano (Venti), Starbucks Cranberry Orange Scone. Dinner:  Beef Tenderloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Goat Cheese, Pineapple. Snacks/Other:  Margarita, Martini, Apple Pie, Ice Cream.
