Fat: 86.93g | Prot: 99.58g | Carb: 253.33g.   Breakfast:  Tomatoes, Smucker's Orchard's Finest Northwest Triple Berry Preserves, Butter, Red Onions, Bell Peppers, Lucerne 2% milk reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese, Egg White, Sour Dough Bread, morning coffee, Shady Maple Farm Cinnamon Maple Butter, John Morrell Ham Steak, Papaya. Lunch:  Grilled Fish, McDonald's Angus Bacon & Cheese Third Pounder, Perkins Restaurant Breakfast Potatoes, Olive Garden Garden-fresh Salad with Dressing. Dinner:  Tasty Wok Orange Chicken, Pork Fried Rice. Snacks/Other:  Blueberry Pie, Talenti Tahitian Vanilla Bean Gelato.
