Fat: 86.93g | Prot: 99.58g | Carb: 253.33g.   Breakfast:  Bell Peppers, Butter, Egg White, John Morrell Ham Steak, Lucerne 2% milk reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese, morning coffee, Papaya, Red Onions, Shady Maple Farm Cinnamon Maple Butter, Smucker's Orchard's Finest Northwest Triple Berry Preserves, Sour Dough Bread, Tomatoes. Lunch:  Grilled Fish, McDonald's Angus Bacon & Cheese Third Pounder, Olive Garden Garden-fresh Salad with Dressing, Perkins Restaurant Breakfast Potatoes. Dinner:  Pork Fried Rice, Tasty Wok Orange Chicken. Snacks/Other:  Blueberry Pie, Talenti Tahitian Vanilla Bean Gelato.
