Lunch:  Avocados, Cheddar Cheese, Farmland Foods Center Cut Naturally Hickory Smoked Bacon, Flavorite Hamburger Bun, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled), Potato French Fries. Snacks/Other:  A&W Chocolate Milkshake (Small), AMC Movie Theater Popcorn (Large), Starbucks Iced Caffe Americano (Venti).
