Fat: 57.81g | Prot: 70.85g | Carb: 218.24g.   Breakfast:  Red Tomatoes, Einstein Brothers Bagels Everything Bagel, Butter, Jones Dairy Farm Ham Steak, Egg White, morning coffee, Lucerne 2% milk reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese, Smucker's Orchard's Finest Northwest Triple Berry Preserves, Butterball Turkey Polska Kielbasa. Lunch:  Grilled Snack Wrap with Chipotle BBQ, A&W Ten Root Beer. Dinner:  Chicken Breast, Italian Sausage, Linguine. Snacks/Other:  Banana Cream Pie, Pepperidge Farm Soft Baked Sugar Cookies, Talenti Caramel Cookie Crunch Gelato.
