Lunch:  Kraft Cracker Barrel Natural Extra Sharp Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese bar, Love's Hawaii's Hearth whole grain bread, Hillshire Farm Deli Select Ultra Thin Roast Beef, Starbucks Via Ready Brew Refreshers Very Berry Hibiscus, Beef Bottom Sirloin (Tri-Tip Roast, Trimmed to 0" Fat), Cheddar Cheese, White Rice, Chocolate Chip Cookie. Dinner:  Dole Tender Garden Salad, Safeway Stompin Steakhouse Chili, Cornbread (Home Recipe). Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Kind Fruit & Nut Delight, Apples, Snak Club sour gummy bears, Hershey's milk chocolate XL.
