Fat: 35.80g | Prot: 73.58g | Carb: 197.14g.   Breakfast:  Butter, Egg, Egg White, Jones Dairy Farm Ham Steak, Lucerne 2% milk reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese, morning coffee, Roasted Garlic Loaf, Safeway Onion Bagel. Lunch:  Cracker Barrel Sharp White Cracker Cuts, Hormel Natural Choice Smoked Deli Turkey, LaBrea Bakery Sourdough Loaf. Dinner:  colavita, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Cucumber (with Peel), Mario Pitted Kalamata Olives, Nikos Feta Cheese Crumbled, olive oil, Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast, Red Onions, Red Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Golden Delicious Apples, Skinny Cow Low Fat Ice Cream Bars - Fudge, Snapple Peach Passionfruit Tea.
