Fat: 35.80g | Prot: 73.58g | Carb: 197.14g.   Breakfast:  Jones Dairy Farm Ham Steak, Butter, Safeway Onion Bagel, Egg White, Egg, morning coffee, Lucerne 2% milk reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese, Roasted Garlic Loaf. Lunch:  Cracker Barrel Sharp White Cracker Cuts, LaBrea Bakery Sourdough Loaf, Hormel Natural Choice Smoked Deli Turkey. Dinner:  Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Mario Pitted Kalamata Olives, Red Tomatoes, Red Onions, olive oil, colavita, Cucumber (with Peel), Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast, Nikos Feta Cheese Crumbled. Snacks/Other:  Golden Delicious Apples, Bananas, Snapple Peach Passionfruit Tea, Skinny Cow Low Fat Ice Cream Bars - Fudge.
