Fat: 43.56g | Prot: 70.60g | Carb: 257.05g.   Breakfast:  Butter, Egg White, Egg Yolk, Jimmy Dean Hearty Turkey Sausage Crumbles, Lucerne 2% milk reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese, morning coffee, Safeway Onion Bagel. Lunch:  Cracker Barrel Sharp White Cracker Cuts, Love's Hawaii's Hearth 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Oscar Mayer Carving Board Roast Beef. Dinner:  Chili Con Carne with Chicken or Turkey and Beans, Fresh Express 5-Lettuce Mix, Sour Dough Bread. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Dreyer's Fruit Bars - Grape, Girl Scout Cookies Tagalongs, Golden Delicious Apples, Starbucks Refreshers Raspberry Pomegranate, Tequila, Trail's End Gourmet Chocolatey Pretzels.
