Fat: 95.28g | Prot: 135.77g | Carb: 213.49g.   Breakfast:  Butter, Egg White, Lucerne 2% milk reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese, morning coffee, Oscar Mayer Lower Sodium Turkey Bacon with Sea Salt, Safeway Onion Bagel. Lunch:  Cracker Barrel Extra Sharp Cracker Cuts, Eating Right Pastrami, Love's Hawaii's Hearth 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Blueberries, Chicken Wing, Cucumber (with Peel), Fresh Express Tender Ruby Reds Lettuce, Red Onions, Sour Dough Bread. Snacks/Other:  Baby Carrots, Bananas, Broccoli, Cadbury's Creme Egg, Celery, Clif Bar Mojo Bar - Mountain Mix, Fuji Apples, Hidden Valley Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, Pineapple.
