Fat: 118.79g | Prot: 118.00g | Carb: 369.47g.   Breakfast:  morning coffee, Egg, Butter, Egg White, Safeway Onion Bagel, Lucerne 2% milk reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese, Oscar Mayer Lower Sodium Turkey Bacon with Sea Salt, Grape Tomatoes. Lunch:  Grilled Fish, White Rice, Sizzler Italian salad dressing. Dinner:  General Tso (General Gau) Chicken, White Rice, Tuna, Sizzler Italian salad dressing, Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen). Snacks/Other:  AMC Movie Theater Popcorn (Large), Nestle Butterfinger Bites, Dr. Pepper Dr. Pepper (20 oz).
