Fat: 99.24g | Prot: 90.73g | Carb: 238.80g.   Breakfast:  2% milk reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese, butter, egg white, morning coffee, oscar mayer turkey bacon, safeway everything bagel. Lunch:  cracker barrel cracker cuts reduced fat cheddar cheese, hawaii's hearth wheat bread, primo taglio black forest ham. Dinner:  angus, bacon, macadamia nuts, pineapple, potato wedges, salad dressing. Snacks/Other:  apple, banana, cadbury creme egg.
