Fat: 99.24g | Prot: 90.73g | Carb: 238.80g.   Breakfast:  morning coffee, butter, egg white, 2% milk reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese, oscar mayer turkey bacon, safeway everything bagel. Lunch:  cracker barrel cracker cuts reduced fat cheddar cheese, hawaii's hearth wheat bread, primo taglio black forest ham. Dinner:  angus, bacon, pineapple, potato wedges, salad dressing, macadamia nuts. Snacks/Other:  banana, apple, cadbury creme egg.
