Fat: 47.76g | Prot: 110.66g | Carb: 217.89g.   Breakfast:  morning coffee, egg white, butter, hearty turkey crumbles, 2% milk reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese, hawaii's hearth wheat bread, preserves. Lunch:  cracker barrel cracker cuts reduced fat cheddar cheese, hawaii's hearth wheat bread, primo taglio black forest ham. Dinner:  thai chicken salad, chicken breast, french bread. Snacks/Other:  banana, apple, toast & peanut butter sandwich crackers, carrots, skinny cow fudge bar.
