Fat: 62.62g | Prot: 92.21g | Carb: 241.02g.   Breakfast:  quaker oatmeal squares, banana, lactaid skim milk, morning coffee. Lunch:  Banzai Burrito, charbroiled fish, white rice, black beans. Dinner:  Ceasar Supreme Complete Salad Kit, boneless skinless chicken breast, tomato, cucumber, kalamata olives, onion, safeway sourdough bread. Snacks/Other:  kind fruit and nut delight, iced venti americano, celery, broccoli, snap peas, grape tomatoes, Fruit Bars - Grape.
