Fat: 62.62g | Prot: 92.21g | Carb: 241.02g.   Breakfast:  banana, lactaid skim milk, morning coffee, quaker oatmeal squares. Lunch:  Banzai Burrito, charbroiled fish, white rice, black beans. Dinner:  boneless skinless chicken breast, Ceasar Supreme Complete Salad Kit, cucumber, kalamata olives, onion, safeway sourdough bread, tomato. Snacks/Other:  broccoli, celery, Fruit Bars - Grape, grape tomatoes, iced venti americano, kind fruit and nut delight, snap peas.
