Fat: 36.23g | Prot: 83.41g | Carb: 194.94g.   Breakfast:  morning coffee, butter, egg white, safeway everything bagel, stompin steakhouse chili. Lunch:  DOUBLE chicken chopped salad, subway provolone cheese. Dinner:  safeway turkey meatloaf, carrots, celery, grape tomato. Snacks/Other:  banana, jelly beans, Fruit & Nut Nut Delight, belgian chocolate, apple, Fruit Bars - Strawberry.
