Fat: 84.68g | Prot: 86.68g | Carb: 202.22g.   Breakfast:  banana, berries, lactaid skim milk, morning coffee, oatmeal squares. Lunch:  Subway double chicken chopped salad. Dinner:  beef short ribs, rice, salad dressing. Snacks/Other:  bread pudding, fiber one chewy bar oats & strawberries with almonds, margarita.
