Fat: 84.68g | Prot: 86.68g | Carb: 202.22g.   Breakfast:  oatmeal squares, lactaid skim milk, banana, berries, morning coffee. Lunch:  Subway double chicken chopped salad. Dinner:  beef short ribs, rice, salad dressing. Snacks/Other:  fiber one chewy bar oats & strawberries with almonds, margarita, bread pudding.
